5 stars is not enough. Adam and Sal were an absolute DREAM TEAM to work with. They helped us plan the most magical wedding from abroad and did all of our tastings and site visits for us. They argued for the best of the best for us so when we showed up, they were there and everything was spectacular. From spreading my veil out at the top of the aisle, to holding our grandma’s arm, they were present, brilliant, engaging and creative. I cannot imagine our day without them.

Adam & Salvador made my dreams come true for my wedding! They are absolutely brilliant at what they do! Every single guest had their jaws on the floor when they arrived at our event in Sitges, Spain right outside of Barcelona! Everyone they work with was incredible too. To set the tone, we are Americans who planned our wedding from afar to be set in beautiful Barcelona. As excited as we were to have this fantastic destination wedding, we had a bit of anxiety about not being physically part of each step since we live in NYC. Salvador was in constant communication always demonstrating compassion for my nervous energy, and he had a way of making me feel like everything would be spectacular…which it was! Aside from my endless ideas for how to make our wedding not only beautiful but worth all of our guests time and expense to travel there, Salvador regularly advised and guided us without ever pushing us in any one direction. Looking back, I believe I could have said to him: “plan everything for us and I’ll show up” and it would have been amazing. I was a very involved bride in that I wanted to be part of the details. If you are not like me, I assured you that you will have nothing to worry about – everything will be beautiful and perfectly executed because that is all they do, flawlessly. If you are more like me, you will feel a sense of ease consume you as Salvador and Adam truly have everything under control and they do not miss any steps. Spanish culture is great, but as an American you constantly question where some of the vendors contacts are (many don’t have them) or if they are paying attention to you. Not only did every vendor deliver what we wanted, but if there was anything missed, I am completely unaware as Salvador knows everything going on at any given time pre-wedding, during the wedding and even post wedding as there outstanding items on there way (church docs, photographer, videographer, etc.). To have someone think for you is the greatest gift a wedding planner can give you. I had a hard time letting go during some of the planning, but I should have because they are excellent. During my wedding weekend, I was at easy, happy, and not a care in the world but to speak with those who attended all of our events. What a treat!!

Joe and I truly feel honored to have worked with Salvador and Adam. If you need wedding planners, do yourself a favor, stop your interviews and choose them. I did the work for you – as embarrassing/crazy as this sounds, I interviewed 9 wedding planners and I can confidently say we picked the best of the best. Also, they have a great reputation for a reason and their network is extensive. Give them your vision and let them help you choose who fits your style. My wedding was perfect, but my style might not be yours and I guaranty they have someone in their network who will make yours equally as perfect as ours.

My husband and I feel very fortunate to have worked with Salvador and Adam for our wedding in Sitges. We knew right away from out first meeting with them that we could trust them to do a great job, and they did. Salvador and Adam made every part of planning an international wedding (all the way from Chicago) seamless and easy. All of the vendors we were introduced to and used were just as qualified and reputable. We flew out twice before the wedding to select our venue and engagement photos and then again for our catering trial, hair and makeup trial. Both visits we felt welcome and cared for.

Finally when it was time for our wedding and welcome party, everything was perfect! It truly was a dream wedding. My husband and I showed up and all we had to worry about was having a good time, and our family. Luckily Salvador and Adam also did a wonderful job handling our families/friends so we could focus on us. Our friends and family still talk about our wedding!

I would give Salvador and Adam a 100/100. They helped plan a wedding for our daughter that she said was “perfect” and “magical”. Living in the states and planning a wedding in Spain could have been challenging; however, these guys made it easy. They were able to take our daughters vision and make it a reality. They exceeded our expectations. They helped pick the perfect vendors as well, including the gorgeous location, incredible caterer, creative florist, talented hair and make-up and of course the talented, energetic musicians. They were very hands-on and made sure that everyone did their part, on time, to make it feel seamless. Further, the time we spent with them picking out the food and beverage, driving to/from the venue and making Paella was truly memorable. We highly recommend Salvador and Adam.

Adam and Salvador were the brilliant minds behind bringing our dream wedding to life. They helped plan our wedding at Xalet del Nin in May 2026, and their support was incredibly valuable, especially since we were planning everything from outside of Spain.

From the very beginning, they recommended a carefully curated shortlist of vendors, which made the entire process feel simple and straightforward. Since they live in Vilanova, it gave us confidence that they knew and trusted these vendors personally, which in turn helped us feel completely at ease leading up to the wedding day.

Whenever we needed something, they always found a solution. They even managed to find a dry cleaner who could steam my wedding dress within just a few hours the day before the wedding after I had traveled with it on a plane.

It was during the wedding weekend itself that Adam and Salvador really showed their ability to adapt quickly to any situation. For example, during our welcome event the day before the wedding, it became extremely windy and we had originally planned for an outdoor cocktail hour. Just 30 minutes before it began, they worked with the restaurant to create a perfect half-indoor, half-outdoor setup. They consistently made things work seamlessly and without stress, which we appreciated so much.

During the wedding itself, their attention to detail truly stood out. From replacing signage with something more polished to literally fixing guests’ crooked bow ties so they looked perfect in photos, they handled countless little details without us ever needing to think about them. A big shout out to Laura on their team as well who helped support on wedding day.

And it wasn’t just us who noticed. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the weekend to say how impressed they were with our wedding planners, and several people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. None of it would have been possible without the Costa and Mason team, and we are incredibly grateful to them.

Salvador and Adam are the greatest wedding planners on the planet. Where do I even begin? Planning a destination wedding, I’ve learned, is NOT easy. Dealing with so many vendors, finding the DJ’s, the music, the venues, the little details that you want can be such a challenge in a foreign country, but Salvador made that seamless and so easy. Every suggestion we had, every “hmm what about something else” was met with an even better solution, or an unending willingness to find us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up having so much change in our own lives leading up to the wedding that we felt like we lost track of the wedding, had we even settled on everything we needed, did we got all the stuff done in time, we almost felt like we were walking into our own wedding blind, not knowing what would happen, but we walked into our dream wedding. When I say everything was flawless I cant even begin to describe! And the best part is every step along the way in all of the planning, Salvador and Adam constantly reassure you “dont worry about that, we’ll take care of that” and made sure it was perfect. Planning a wedding is way more terrifying and difficult than I had expected, and I cannot possibly imagine how anyone does it without a Salvador, but they never should. From the first moment we met Adam and Salvador, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible wedding. We are a U.S. based couple, both with busy jobs, who wanted to get married in Barcelona – and we could not have done it without their help. They are consummate professionals, excellent fast communicators, they have the best relationships and can weigh in or recommend partners at every step, they just get it, they made our vision come to life, and they are lovely people. A HUGE thank you to Salvador and Adam (Costa and Mason) for planning the most perfect wedding weekend for us. It was an international wedding and we both have demanding jobs so were worried about planning the wedding, but Salvador took away all that stress and managed everything for us.

They kept the whole planning process fun and laid-back, which was exactly what we wanted. We had a couple of trips over to look at venues and choose the menus and table decor and they were really fun, enjoyable days.

The wedding day itself was a fairytale, all of our guests said they had never and would never be to another wedding like it. Adam told us we’d get the comment ‘It’s like a movie’ and we did!!

All of the recommended vendors were fantastic. Some ideas we’d never have thought of on our own (like the flamenco dancers!) were incredible and an absolute highlight of the day.

Co-ordination on the day was spot on – if we wanted anything, Salvador made it happen instantly and kept us on time for things, made sure we took the photos we needed. The day flew by so quickly so that day-of support was integral.

Adam was our celebrant and did a beautiful job – so many people said how personal, fun, and heartfelt the ceremony was. There were lots of tears and laugher!

The events before and after were perfect too, a great way to round off the wedding and ensure we had the time to speak to all our guests. The locations, food, and drink were all exactly what we wanted.

Where do we start?! I would absolutely recommend Adam and Salvador as your wedding planners. We originally had our wedding booked before covid hit and sadly had to cancel. But just as covid was ending we got back in touch with Adam and Salvador last minute to tell them we wanted too elope in Barcelona. Salvador and Adam truly have to be the best wedding planners out there. Simply the best. Not only would I recommend them, but I would encourage anyone looking to do a wedding abroad (assuming you are not from Spain) to consider a venue within Spain just to use Salvador and Adam. They were instrumental ultimately in our decision to have our wedding in Spain (we are from New York City) because our their thorough descriptions and videos of different venues within Spain as well as their vision on how to execute a complicated event. Not only did the run point on coordinating with several different vendors (photographer, videographer, bands, etc.) but made recommendations on who to use and that insight paid immense dividends come our wedding day. Each company they recommended were top notch. Salvador ran point during the planning phase and was on top of several (and I mean several) emails sent his way from across seas. When hiccups arose on wedding day, they were on top of it so we didn’t have to worry. Over the course of our three day celebration, several of our guests came up to me telling me how great our wedding planners were and I just said we couldn’t do it without them which is the truth! Thank you Salvador and Adam for playing such an important role in what turned out to be the best time of our lives.

As a type-A (some might say) they kept the bride level headed and changed confident that everything we needed and wanted would be handled well and done beautifully. Our wedding weekend with about 100 expats was gorgeous and basically stress free. Shocking to most!! Every single person said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We love Adam and Salvador and would hire them again and again.

Costa and Mason are the most friendly adorable and easy couple to work with. They were lovely, extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We were looking for a wedding planner and we found two friends. We love them, they are very knowledgeable and just good people. If you are considering working with them, do not hesitate and do it! They are just perfect!

Salvador and Adam make a fantastic wedding planning team, we highly recommend their services for any destination wedding. To say they helped us pull off the wedding of our DREAMS would be an understatement. They were beside us (and leading us) every single step of the way and their creative problem-solving talents resulted in perfection. We look back at our wedding weekend and there is simply nothing we would change about it.

We first met them 1.5 years before our wedding in December 2021 – we met virtually and they graciously offered to drive us to all seaside venues over two days. I had a dream of being married on the coast, that was my top venue requirement! This was still COVID times and Adam and Salvador were our personal drivers and tour guides, managing to show us several venues for a welcome party and wedding as well as several hotels for our guests – this was not an easy feat with curfews still in place. We left our initial meeting in Barcelona feeling very optimistic about our many amazing options after seeing them in person. This was the first gift they gave us: a glimpse into our magical wedding. From there, we picked the most beautiful seaside venue, El Convent de Blanes, and the rest is history.

Salvador was involved in EVERY detail and as a couple living in NYC, we are ever so grateful for his constant communication in English and his amazing ability to connect with all of our vendors in the most authentic way possible. He is native to Barcelona and clearly has very strong relationships and extensive experience in the wedding/hospitality industry – we were very impressed by his background to say the least. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get the job done! Our monthly video calls at 6am NY time were life-savers and I can confidently say that Salvador not only managed to hire the best vendors for us but he was also able to negotiate very successfully on our behalf to stay within budget AND even help us save significant funds when vendors proposed prices outside of our budget. We owe all of the success and management to him.

The execution of the final wedding weekend was seamless. They attended each event along with their fabulous intern, Nathan and made sure they were available for any last minute needs or adjustments. From the welcome party, to the ceremony and appetizers to the dinner and disco, to the final farewell brunch, each event was executed perfectly – leaving us with a collection of memories we (and our guests) are not soon to forget. When I asked our guests about the highlight of the weekend, they simply could not pick any one element. The “run of the show” was like a well-timed train of entertainment and surprises that left all of our guests in awe. This wedding was the ultimate experience and many even shared this night tops their own wedding. We will be talking about this weekend for YEARS with our friends and family. Salvador and Adam were our wedding planners for our destination wedding in Sitges in July 2023.

First the obvious – having wedding planners for your wedding – and especially for a destination wedding – was the best investment ever and we can only recommend it to every couple. Not only during the location scouting, supplier negotiations, design choices and other preparations before the wedding, but especially on the wedding day it is a HUGE help and stress relief. With Salvador and Adam we felt super prepared and confident to start the wedding weekend. And also during the 3 day celebration there was not one minute of stress or uncertainty. Salvador and Adam managed everything and even additional ad hoc guest requests on site.

But even more importantly – Salvador and Adam are amazing, kind and funny people and it was a pleasure meeting them and having them support us during this incredibly fun and exciting project. I really can’t put into words how spectacular Salvador and Adam are. After two years of planning, we finally celebrated our special day on September 17, 2022, and it was nothing short of perfect. We gave them very little direction (because quite frankly we had no idea what we wanted) and they delivered a wedding (and many accompanying events) better than we could have ever imagined! Even our guests unanimously agree it’s the best wedding they have ever been to by a long shot.

They were so attentive throughout the process and made planning from thousands of miles away a total breeze. Both Adam and Salvador made sure we were completely at ease during the entire wedding weekend, remaining available to us and our guests for whatever we may need. Adam was our celebrant on the wedding day and delivered the most beautiful ceremony pulling both tears and laughs from the crowd.

Over the course of hours of Zoom calls, email exchanges, and in-person meetings, Adam and Salvador have not only become our trustworthy wedding planners but also our dear friends. We put our lives in their hands and they delivered the most beautiful wedding anybody could ever have.

He was so helpful and immediately reassured me and answered every question or worry I had throughout the wedding process. To anybody thinking to themselves – “Do I need a wedding coordinator?” – let me confirm to you that yes, yes you do. The fact is that it’s one of the most incredible days of your life, but it’s also a complete logistical bear. And you want to be spending time with your friends and family, not dealing with caterers, venue staff, PA systems, florists, ect…

Salvador was absolutely essential for making our wedding one of the best days of my life. We chatted with Salvador and his partner Adam (who is also involved) months in advance, but didn’t actually meet them until the week before the wedding because we live in San Diego and got married in Barcelona. Salvador was everything we were looking for – detail oriented, kind, specific, tireless, and most importantly, we really lovely to spend time with him and Adam. Both of them are such great people.

So many last minute items we needed to do for our 15 person wedding that we never thought about – dry cleaning, last minute alterations, party favors – things that I could barely get done in my own city last second, let alone in another country I had never visited! But have no fear, Salvador and Adam to the rescue!

They take their job VERY serious and they do it very well, but they are also fun! Salvador and Adam made our wedding weekend the most memorable and best day of our lives. We cannot thank them enough for all of the effort they put into making our day perfect!!
